Rachel Austin

Rachel Austin is a Charlotte native who spent 14 years as an educator within the local independent school system. Holding a Master's Degree in Elementary Education, she has devoted her career to putting students first.

Rachel founded Charlotte School Consulting to provide families with a deeper level of support through the admissions process. As a mother of two children, she has also navigated the independent school admissions process firsthand as a parent.

Rachel's mission remains unchanged: ensuring every student finds a school home where they can plant deep roots, grow confidently, and blossom into the person they are meant to be, fully prepared for success into adulthood.
